Anton has over 10 years of successful experience working in business management, followed by over 10 years of experience in software engineering as well as higher education in Science in Business Economics and in Science in Information Technology. He has held leading positions in multiple companies and he managed large-scale projects including impacting 10,000+ people, achieving notable results through strategic planning and collaboration. With a background in administrative management, software engineering, Anton is determined to create an unique environment to unleash the maximum potential of the team and achieve the most effective results using the cutting-edge technological solutions in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
Alena Kozlova
Vice President
Alena has more than 15 years of research experience in neuroscience, genetics, molecular and cell biology. She is an outstanding and enthusiastic scientist in the area of stem cell research, genomics and neuroscience, with a focus on understanding genetic and molecular mechanisms of neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders using genetic approach and human stem cells. Alena has a strong publication record (12 articles and 741 citations), has made major presentations at recognized conferences, and has been a reviewer for top journal in the field.
Alena’s research has had a lasting impact on area of neuroscience and identifying mechanisms of neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disorders such as Schizophrenia and Alzheimer’s disease. She has received awards and other recognition for her work in the field and throughout her academic career. In summary, Alena has a proven record of significant contributions to the scientific community, which have been widely recognized by prominent scientists and researchers throughout the world, including in 12 countries (Israel, Russia, Netherlands, China, France, UK, Germany, Belgium, Mexico, Japan, Italy, India).

Amy has over 15 years of experience working in nonprofit management, with a focus on faith-based organizations of various traditions in the U.S., Europe, and Australia, as well as in higher education in the Department of Religious Life at Brown University. She has held positions in multiple 501(c)(3) nonprofits, where she coordinated programs, large events, and volunteer teams. With a background in fundraising, administrative management, and multi-faith collaboration, Amy is dedicated to creating inclusive environments that foster personal growth.
